Accounting Associate Part time Overview :
As part of the accounting team you will be responsible for assisting with the Accounts Payable and receivable processes. As an integral team member you will support the accounting team by providing timely and accurate actions related to Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to :
- Process payable invoices and payments related to payables transactions in a timely manner.
- Maintain and review records for inventory receipts
- Assist with invoicing of customer shipments
- Assist with follow up on outstanding customer invoices
- Assist other team members as needed
- Follow procedures and work instructions that make up the Quality Management System within the scope of this role.
Requirements :
Accounting Associate Part time Job Requirements :
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, college level accounting classes or Associates Degree in Accounting preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Knowledge of excel
Hiring subject to background check
High standards of quality and personal integrity
Ability to multi-task and prioritize
