Join our team as a Digital Support Analyst in a part-time role where you will deliver premier digital support to a global client base. Your role involves diagnosing and resolving issues, providing fundamental software support, and facilitating the processing of digital media. Ideal candidates will exhibit excellent customer service skills, a keen interest in technology, robust organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks daily.
Responsibilities
- Promptly assess and categorize support tickets.
- Offer primary support for client issues, ensuring swift resolution.
- Identify recurring trends within support activities and escalate them appropriately.
- Occasionally update and refine digital content.
- Collaborate across teams to integrate new web assets.
- Support image processing tasks such as resizing, cropping, and applying gradients.
- Stay informed about the latest client-specific functionalities.
Preferred Experience
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Solid foundation in content management systems.
- Previous experience in web and/or IT support roles.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
