We're looking for a 2nd Shift Janitor!
Join our Janitorial team and use your skills to keep our recently remodeled global headquarters office in sparkling condition. In this position you will be responsible for performing janitorial duties with performance measured in terms of appearance throughout the facility. You will be part of an 10-person total Janitorial team across 2 shifts, yet you will be able to work independently to clean the building. Take pride in keeping your the building clean and organized, and enjoying the variety of responsibilities to be completed.
2nd shift positions will receive an hourly shift differential of 7%.
The working hours for this position are Monday through Friday.

How you will make an impact:
- Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high pressure washers, high speed buffers and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpet, furniture, etc. On the job training provided.
- Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
- Clean sinks, countertops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
- Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
- Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
- Dusting and cleaning office desks and furniture that are not cluttered.
- Cleaning windows and windowsills.
- Maintain janitor closets in a clean, organized and safe manner.
- Maintain janitorial equipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.
- Proper labeling, dilution and use of all chemicals.
Qualifications:
- Able to stand, walk, and climb for entire shift
- Able to perform tasks requiring bending, kneeling, stooping, and reaching for entire shift
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Must have ability to work well with other team members, be able to take direction from Supervisor, and work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred or relevant work experience
- Must be able to work in the US and have unrestricted work authorization for the US
- Able to perform all duties listed in the responsibilities section above in order to complete general cleaning and upkeep of assigned manufacturing and/or office areas

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $13.62-$19.98 per hour (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
