What are the responsibilities and job description for the ENGINEERING MANAGER position at ENTRUST Solutions Group?
You'll lead and manage engineering projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. You'll develop project plans that cover scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Communication is key, so you'll coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure all project requirements are met. Keep an eye on project progress and performance, addressing any issues or risks that come up. Compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies will be a priority. You'll also prepare and present project reports and documentation to clients and senior management.
As a leader, you'll foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting continuous improvement and innovation. You'll also conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and contributing effectively. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are a must.
