Your Key Responsibilities:
- Client & Agency Communication:Build strong relationships with clients and state agencies.
- Design Review:Apply your technical knowledge to review and enhance project designs.
- Project Leadership:Take the lead on complex gas projects, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Leadership:Demonstrate and develop your leadership skills within our team.
What We're Looking For:
- Education:ABET accredited Bachelor's degree.
- Experience:3-4 years in the gas utilities sector.
- Team Management:Proven experience managing a team.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications:PE/PMP or working towards it.
- Leadership:Strong leadership abilities.
- Communication:Excellent communication skills.

- Benefits & Salary: This position pays between $83,000 and $88,000 annually and is an exempt position.
- Benefits offered include company sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually.
- Full time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours.
- May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
