Join our dedicated team as a Project Manager, where you will lead a small, dynamic team focused on natural gas engineering projects. ENTRUST Solutions Group is an industry leader in gas utilities for engineering, design, upgrading, and maintaining natural gas distribution systems. In this role, you will be at the forefront of managing budget performance, project profitability, client relationship, and quality control, ensuring the successful execution of our projects.
Your key responsibilities will include implementing and monitoring quality control systems for all assigned projects, assisting in the development and implementation of strategic growth plans for both the Gas Business Unit and the company, and tracking and communicating resource needs to senior management. You will also identify key talent and resources for the Gas team, prepare and assist in developing proposals, and participate in sales calls and client presentations as needed.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with local clients in Minneapolis and the Twin Cities area will be crucial, as will fostering a collaborative spirit across business units to optimize project teams. Because of this, you must be able to commute to Minneapolis regularly.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from accredited university or equivalent program.
- Project management or natural gas project engineering experience, preferably at an engineering consulting firm.
- Ability to commute to Minneapolis on frequent basis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Professional Engineer (PE) License

- This position pays between $120,000 and $125,000 annually and is an exempt position. Benefits offered include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan with company match. Also offered are tuition reimbursement, voluntary life, disability, critical illness, accident and hospitalization plans. HSA or FSA medical accounts and FSA dependent care and transportation/parking accounts are also available. These benefits are subject to employee contribution amounts generally set annually. Full-time employees are eligible to earn PTO hours. May be eligible for discretionary bonus as determined by the company.
