What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Aide position at Entrusted Hearts by Baptist Village?
Entrusted Hearts Home Care is a private duty agency in Lawton, OK seeking professionals in Chickasha to care for our clients local to that area. Our goal is to be flexible and innovative while assisting the elderly and disabled in their home. We are seeking dependable individuals who have a heart for serving others and want to make a difference in the lives of senior adults.
Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance
- Support clients with medication reminders
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning living areas and doing laundry
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Document and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Travel from client to client on a daily basis to including servicing surrounding areas as necessary with mileage and travel time paid between clients.

Job Types: Part-time, PRN
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
