Entrusted Hearts by Baptist Village is seeking a Personalized Services Team Leader for our growing home care office. We are seeking someone with supervisory experience and a candidate that loves working with the senior community!
Position Description:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned.
Coordinates and manages all staffing aspects to include hiring, orientating of field aides and scheduling aides to meet the needs of our clients and their families.
- Coordinates and supervises PCA’s, CNA's, and CHHA's to facilitate completion of scheduled visits to meet the needs of the clients.
- Prepares delivers, and/or coordinates education programs and meetings.
- Provides continuity of quality client care by coordinating and assisting with Entrusted Hearts Manager of Client Services by answering phones, filing, scanning, and other office related tasks.
- Maintains a high-performance work environment.
- Maintains updated knowledge and skills for self and team clients.
- Supports and enhances the image of the Entrusted Hearts by displaying a positive attitude in guest relations.
- Required to do in home visits when staff is unavailable.
- Assumes on-call duty after hours for additional compensation.
Canidate Characteristics:
Must be able to work in an independent manner with minimal direct supervision. Ability to set priorities, recognize and resolve problem situations, make decisions independently and evaluate effectiveness of same is essential. Must be flexible, self-motivated and able to handle multiple requests. Able to facilitate and support change. Must be motivated to remain current on state requirements for client care and documentation. Promotes the team approach to client care. Capable of tolerating high levels of stress. Serves as a role model for staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
