Entrusted Hearts by Baptist Village is seeking a Personalized Services Team leader for our home health and personal care aides. Responsibilities include hiring, orientation of field aides, meeting with family or clients about services, scheduling aides to meet the needs of each family, answering phones, filing, scanning, and other office related tasks. This position is responsible for ensuring that our client's needs are met and that they are happy with the services that our aides provide and may be required to do in home visits when staff is unavailable. The team leader is responsible for on-call after hours for additional compensation.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
