Job Description
At Entrusted Pediatric Home Care, we prioritize positive clinical outcomes for our patients by providing quality nursing care in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to clients under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Participate in the development of care plans alongside an interdisciplinary team and report to the director of nursing.
- Deliver health education to patients and caregivers.
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required, following up with physicians, clients, family members, staff, and RNs on client problems and concerns.
Requirements:
- LVN/RN Home Health experience preferred.
