Job Description
As a pediatric home care professional, you will provide quality, comprehensive nursing care in clients' homes under the direction of a registered nurse. You will participate in the development of the plan of care along with other interdisciplinary team members and report to the director of nursing. Your responsibilities will include providing health education to patients and caregivers, accepting and writing verbal orders from physicians as required, following up with physicians, clients, family members, staff, and RNs on client problems and concerns, and completing accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Required Skills and Qualifications
