What would I be doing?
- Conduct on-site meetings with clients and adjusters to set expectations
- Document damages and collect necessary project information within 1 business day
- Advise clients on next steps in the Pre-Construction phase
- Build relationships with adjusters to ensure smooth project coordination
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address concerns
- Monitor project progress and assist with problem-solving during the insurance phase
- Drive to various locations for meetings and project assessments
- Other duties may be assigned
- Ensuring that projects are well-organized, with clear expectations and resources in place from the start. Smooth handoffs between team members help avoid delays and misunderstandings
- Maintaining relationships with clients by exceeding their expectations, addressing concerns quickly, and consistently delivering value, which leads to repeat business and loyalty
- Keeping clients informed with clear, timely updates and being responsive to their needs ensures a positive experience and builds trust throughout the project
