What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Service Technician Auditor position at Entry Point Communications?
Entry Point Communications is an in-store marketing company that delivers relevant coupons and communications to shoppers at the start of the grocery shopping experience. We leverage AI technology and our simple, fast and convenience touch points to influence consumer purchase behavior to increase sales at affiliated retailers and realize new levels of promotion efficiency for consumer product good manufacturers.
We are growing and searching for an organized and reliable individual to travel daily/weekly to customer locations (stores) to care for and maintain our electronic coupon kiosks. Candidates will be required to provide excellent customer service to participating retailer store associates and assist the company help desk staff with remote system troubleshooting as necessary.
Responsibilities include:
- Professional communication to client store associates and team members
- Educate and train store associates as necessary
- Engage with consumers and solicit and provide feedback via surveys
- Document store visits and maintenance activity
- Clean Kiosks on each visit, inside and out
- Provide photograph of Kiosk at conclusion of store visit
- Document activity and complete required reporting
- Support our Marketing and Sales Team by taking photographs of in-store displays, shelf
- tags, signs and special requests.

Requirements:
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
2-3 years experience in customer service
