Role and Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health / Medical Scheduler is responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound calls to potential clients placed on a Clinic’s worklist / waitlist to gather additional critical information and start the insurance verification process. They offer practical assistance to potential clients, such as providing additional information to them, gathering insurance information and verifying insurance with various health plans. They must be able to work independently, but also function as a team member, providing high quality services to our clients. Employees of Entune Behavioral Health must value close collaboration with internal staff, clients, payors, and other stakeholders.
- Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, Dayshift (8am - 5pm)
