What are the responsibilities and job description for the On-site Resident Manager - Nord Station Apartments position at Entwood Property Management?
Entwood Property Management is currently seeking an individual to join our team as a resident manager!
This position requires you to live on-site in a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment to perform the everyday duties of a professionally managed 34 unit apartment community located at 730 Nord Ave. in Chico, CA.

Job duties include: Marketing and touring available apartments with potential residents, processing rental applications: preparing legal notices/contracts: handling all resident requests and concerns including maintenance issues; performing move in and move out inspections; providing weekly reports to Property Manager; and maintaining a clean and well cared community grounds.
Required schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday 10am - 3pm (15 hours per week). There are also monthly training meetings and workshops. Must have reliable transportation and cell phone.
Compensation is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment plus wi-fi, basic cable, water, and gas service. NOTE: Please note that you will be required to live on-site at 730 Nord Ave. in Chico, CA.
No smoking on property and 1 small pet allowed.
