Entwood Property Management is currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Residential Apartment and Grounds Cleaner.

We are a 4 day work week business in order to enhance personal life and rest.
We are looking for the following qualities:
- Experience with cleaning, light painting and groundskeeping labor work
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Self-starter to achieve the best results
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
Job duties include: Cleaning vacant rental homes, property inspections, maintenance labor for property clean ups such as grounds trash pick up, pet waste pick up, and general exterior cleaning.
The required schedule is Monday - Thursday 8 am - 4:30pm (32 hours per week). There are also monthly training meetings and workshops. Must have reliable transportation and cell phone.
Note: You will be required to drive daily to various properties throughout the Chico area. Mileage will be reimbursed.
Compensation is $20.00 per hour plus benefit options of dental, vision, and Aflac.
