Your role as a Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Specialist who is bilingual in both English and Spanish OR Haitian Creole , with a strong focus on healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience in handling phone calls, and proficiency in various software tools, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems (preferably HubSpot). Knowledge of MassHealth programs is a significant plus. High end hospitality industry experience a plus.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service and eligibility assessments to prospective new clients, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders via phone and email interactions.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing clients’ inquiries efficiently.
  • Utilize CRM software (HubSpot experience preferred) to maintain accurate records and follow up on customer interactions.
  • Analyze customer feedback and collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Create and maintain documentation and reports using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in customer interactions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a strong attention to detail and take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales or customer success role with a track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Fluent in Spanish OR Haitian Creole would be ideal!
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and close sales opportunities.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences while contributing to revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to anticipate customer needs and proactively offer solutions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track performance and opportunities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and solving problems.
  • Familiarity with MassHealth programs is a plus, but we can certainly teach you the ropes!

  • Due to the nature of the role, we will be offering a bonus initiative for every successful lead conversion that you make! Details on what the bonus will look like are still being confirmed.
