Role Overview
We are seeking a Sourcing & Onboarding Talent Partner to join our dynamic Talent Team. This role does not include full-cycle recruiting but plays a pivotal role in sourcing talent, supporting candidates through the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, works quickly, and is always ready to go the extra mile. They are passionate, quick thinkers who bring energy and precision to their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Talent: Proactively identify and source high-potential candidates for various roles, utilizing LinkedIn and other sourcing tools.
- Candidate Support: Assist candidates during their office visits, ensuring they feel supported and have a positive experience throughout the process.
- Onboarding Coordination: Organize and execute onboarding days, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and conducting welcome sessions.
- Administrative Support: Manage candidate records, handle documentation, and track onboarding progress to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Team and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and align sourcing efforts with business priorities.
- Culture Ambassador: Act as a representative of Entyre Care’s values and culture, ensuring every new hire feels a sense of purpose and belonging from day one.
- Extra Mile Mindset: Be ready to jump in and adapt to changing needs, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
