Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and motivated UX / UI Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you will focus on creating intuitive, user-friendly designs for our app and other customer touchpoints. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring user-centered design solutions to life, crafting exceptional screen designs and media designs that deliver a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop high-quality, visually appealing screen designs for our app, website, and other digital platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand and user needs.
Design intuitive user interfaces (UI) that are aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate.
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts and interactions clearly.
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to implement designs, ensuring smooth handoff of assets and design specifications.
Ensure designs are optimized for multiple device types and screen sizes, providing a consistent experience across platforms.
Help maintain and contribute to our design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and contribute to a cohesive visual language across platforms.
Stay up to date with design trends, UX / UI best practices, and industry standards to enhance your skills and improve the overall user experience.
4 years of proven experience in UX / UI design, preferably within mobile apps or digital products.
Experience with Figma and other design tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
Solid understanding of the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and delivery.
Proficiency in UI design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing.
Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems with practical solutions.
A strong design portfolio that showcases your work in screen design, interaction design, and media design across different platforms.
