We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Product Manager, Software to lead the development and strategy for our software, data analysis, and bioinformatics tools. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Enumerix's software and bioinformatics tools.
• Conduct market research to identify high-impact applications and opportunities in genomics.
• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional R&D team, including assay developers, bioinformaticians, and engineers, to build innovative solutions.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with our mission and business goals.
• Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Develop product roadmaps and drive execution with focus and agility.
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform iterative improvements.
• Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
• Report directly to the VP of Product and Founding Scientist.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
• 3 years of product management experience, ideally in software or bioinformatics tools.
• Hands-on expertise in data analysis, visualization tools, and bioinformatics pipelines.
• Strong communicator and team player with exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Notion, JIRA, Confluence).
• A solid understanding of genomics, molecular biology, and data analysis techniques is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with product development in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485) is a plus.
