We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Product Manager, Software to lead the development and strategy for our software, data analysis, and bioinformatics tools. Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Enumerix's software and bioinformatics tools.
- Conduct market research to identify high-impact applications and opportunities in genomics.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional R&D team, including assay developers, bioinformaticians, and engineers, to build innovative solutions.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with our mission and business goals.
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Develop product roadmaps and drive execution with focus and agility.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform iterative improvements.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to craft compelling product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape.
- Report directly to the VP of Product and Founding Scientist.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Bioinformatics, or a related field.
- 3 years of product management experience, ideally in software or bioinformatics tools.
- Hands-on expertise in data analysis, visualization tools, and bioinformatics pipelines.
- Strong communicator and team player with exceptional problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Notion, JIRA, Confluence).
- A solid understanding of genomics, molecular biology, and data analysis techniques is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with product development in regulated environments (e.g., ISO 13485) is a plus.
