ENV Services, Inc is a nationally respected leader in calibration, certification and decontamination services. We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant. The position will focus on supporting our sales team by building long-term relationships with customers. You’ll work closely with customers and acting as an all-round liaison between sales and service. In addition, you will be exposed to different positions and services we offer.
Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant role is integral in delivering exceptional customer service and support, providing quotes, generating leads, and other clerical and administrative duties that support our sales team. Will make recommendations for new opportunities, develop a database of leads and referrals, and will help with pricing and proposals.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills. Must be able to communicate with customers and colleagues in a professional manner.
- Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage all contract deadlines, and ensure timely completion of all responsibilities.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to stay positive and calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently and with a team.
- 2-5 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred, but not required.
- Proficient in MS Office -Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Some travel required (up to 10%).
Position Requirements
- Position is located in an office environment and uses a computer, telephone, and other office equipment as needed to perform duties.
- Work location – In person (8:00am – 5:00pm).
- Hourly position- No commission.
