Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day maintenance operations

Qualifications
Education & Experience
- High school diploma is a must; vocational or bachelor's degree preferred
- Five years in maintenance, with two in supervision, is advantageous
General Skills & Expertise
- Assertive team leadership
- Profound understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Skilled in budget management and meticulous record-keeping
- Initiating and implementing improvement strategies
- Cross-cultural adaptability and superior communication skills
Technical Skills
