Your Role in Our Mission
At Enveda, every role drives impact. As a Corporate Paralegal, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting our legal initiatives and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your expertise in corporate governance and contract management will be critical in accelerating our mission to bring new medicines to market—because every breakthrough starts with bold questions and brave actions.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Support the legal team in managing compliance and governance matters.
- Assist in developing internal policies.
- Maintain and organize corporate records
- Work with cross-functional teams to build and enhance internal processes
- Provide project management and cross-functional coordination for special projectsConduct legal research and maintain organized records of legal documents.
We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a corporate paralegal or in a similar legal role.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and compliance procedures.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
