Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior BIM Coordinator based in Boston. The Senior BIM Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, overseeing MEPF design and detailing, managing project documentation, and ensuring clash coordination. The role includes close collaboration with various engineering and architectural teams to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions. Daily tasks involve project management, coordinating with clients and team members, and leveraging BIM technology to streamline design and construction processes.
Qualifications
- BIM Coordination, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) skills
- Experience in Architecture and design detailing
- Project Management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the construction or engineering industry is beneficial
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Participate in Customer Discussions and be an enabler of Customer Satisfaction
