Position Summary :

Envera Systems is a rapidly growing Florida-based electronic security company with strong financial backing, advanced proprietary technology and unique solutions, specializing in live monitored, access control and active video monitoring.

This is a remote opportunity which includes processing phone and email transactions.

Job Responsibilities : To perform this job successfully, the Account Representative may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed, and other duties as assigned :

  • Process phone and email transactions, mainly for key account contacts (board members and property managers)
  • Maintain all verification standards.
  • Maintain and assist in updating account records across multiple databases
  • Understand and be able to explain all services included for customer accounts.
  • Work closely with and support Account Managers with account specific research and concerns.
  • Client education and training to clients on all available tools / software for video and access control.
  • Direct and / or escalate incoming messages to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Run reports for internal and external usage.
  • The Account Representative will work under close supervision during the first 90 days.
  • Must adhere to both company and departmental policies.

  • Ability to work as part of a fast paced team and be flexible.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions provided in written, oral, or electronic form.
  • Ability to maintain one's composure in stressful situations without becoming defensive.
  • Minimum Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Minimum 2 years of applicable experience
  • Previous call center or alarm experiences are a plus.
  • Must have an acceptable quiet work area at home.
  • Must have reliable internet connection, including Ethernet cable. Wireless access is not acceptable (Minimum of 20 Mbps download speed)
  • Bi-lingual a plus.
  • Physical Demands :

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for long periods of time and operate a computer and headset.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
