Envera Systems is a rapidly growing software enabled security company with offices in Florida. As an Inside Sales Representative , you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company by actively seeking out and acquiring new customers through phone calls and online interactions. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting our products or services, and closing deals to meet sales targets.
Responsibilities include :
- Prospect and research potential customers using various lead-generation techniques
- Initiate contact with potential customers through cold calls, emails, and social media
- Assess customer needs and determine whether they fit our products or services well
- Articulate product features, benefits, and value propositions to potential customers
- Address customer objections and concerns to close deals
- Secure new business by obtaining signed contracts
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system
- Build and document knowledge about the customer's business and technical setups
- Facilitate the transition from sales order entry to customer launch and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfillment
- Managing a pipeline on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Manage customer relationships and provide clients with excellent service and support
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of Envera products and services
- Perform other duties as assigned
