Envera Systems is a rapidly growing, software-enabled security company. We are seeking a dependable and proactive Level 1 IT Systems Specialist to support our Dunedin office with day-to-day IT needs. This role assists with incident management, hardware provisioning, inventory, and deployments, working closely with the IT team.
Must be able to work on-site at the Dunedin office, have reliable transportation, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for IT issues, providing excellent service to local and remote users.
- Manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, and application issues for Mac and PC, and maintain office IT infrastructure (e.g., printers, AV equipment).
- Provision and deploy hardware (laptops, desktops, phones, peripherals) for new hires.
- Support onboarding/offboarding tasks, including account setup and device configuration.
- Maintain an organized hardware and supply inventory.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members and follow through on resolutions.
- Document processes and contribute to IT knowledge sharing.
Required Skills:

- Experience troubleshooting Mac/PC hardware and software.
