The ideal candidate is a highly competitive, extremely motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of value based selling, recurring revenue, building relationships, activity based management, prospecting, overcoming objections, presenting and developing strong performing sales reps with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and budgets.
**Technology, Telecom, Security/Surveillance or Property Management Service Sales Industry Experience Strongly Preferred**
Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership - Hiring, training, and coaching sales consultants to improve their sales skills, product knowledge and and overall performance to exceed company sales targets
- Motivation and Development - Fostering a positive, collaborative sales culture while motivating the team to achieve higher sales targets each year, and providing opportunities for professional development
- Performance Management - Evaluating sales performance through data analysis an, identifying areas for improvement and providing feedback to team members
- Sales Reporting - Hold sales consultants accountable for all activities in SFDC, analyzing sales data to identify trend, opportunities, and document areas for improvement
- Budget Management - Managing the Texas sales budget, allocating resources efficiently and monitoring expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 5 years of sales experience
- 5 years of sales management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated results meeting and surpassing sales goals
- CRM experience ie Salesforce
