Job Summary:
The Senior Client Service Analyst demonstrates expert understanding and functional knowledge of Revenue Manager. The analyst is highly competent in training, escalations, project management, and customer service. The Senior Client Service Analyst leverages a best practice consultative approach to solution complex issues for Revenue Manager customers. The Senior Client Service Analyst works independently under limited supervision, applying well-established techniques, procedures or specific standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage expert understanding of logic and functional knowledge of all Revenue Manager products to provide high-level customer service
- Assist Client Service Analysts with escalations, escalate to manager or development as appropriate
- Maintain a professional demeanor and serve as a role model for Client Service Analysts, assisting in new hire training, and providing mentorship and guidance
- Communicate effectively with other teams, especially development, product management, and hosted operations
- Participate and provide input regarding product and program information, supportability issues, and strategic product plans where appropriate
- Leverage understanding of cross-team functions, and manage customer issues the span multiple teams and services
- Triage customer-reported defects and work with manager and development team to log defects and resolve in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot complex issues; uncover the root cause of an issue
- Provide insights to management on process improvements
- Actively pursue new projects as needed
- Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
- As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
- 2-4 years in a financial services atmosphere
- College degree (finance, financial planning, accounting preferred)
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Broad understanding of the Asset Management industry; ability to explain the benefits of the Revenue Manager platform
- Expert proficiency with using Revenue Manager, and additional third-party applications
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in financial industry terminology and subject matter
- Must work well in a team environment with a focus on teamwork
- Present in a professional demeanor Experience using SQL, including script execution and development required
- Experience in industry performance calculations
- Ability to work with limited supervision, escalating issues as needed
- Ability to complete advanced projects
