Envestnet Financial Technologies, Inc. seeks Technical Account Manager in Berwyn, PA.
Duties: Act as the technical liaison between Envestnet and institutional clients, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while leveraging deep understanding of Envestnet's technology platform. Provide technical guidance and support to clients, helping them optimize their use of Envestnet's Aggregation and Wealth Management technology platform. Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and successful deployment of Envestnet's solutions. Conduct regular operational and business reviews with clients to discuss their technical and business goals; provide recommendations on how to achieve them using Envestnet's technology. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues. Proactively monitor client usage of Envestnet's technology platform and identify opportunities for optimization or improvement. Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and incident reports. Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients, helping them to develop the necessary skills to use Envestnet's technology effectively. Handle complex SQL queries using joins, sub queries and views to retrieve data from the database. Work on web services and REST APIs in consuming data between system. Demonstrate expertise in the data aggregation to reconciliation process which is utilized by Envestnet customers. Leverage advanced analytical abilities and knowledge of equities and security derivatives which helps successfully identify the gaps on our users’ investment holdings and transactional data. Support sales teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities for Envestnet's solutions.
Employer will accept a 3 or 4 year Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer engineering electronic engineering or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 7 years of experience in related occupations. Position requires 5 years of experience in the following: (1) Web technology standards: RESTful Services, JavaScript; (2) SQL concepts and networking concepts; (3) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; (4) Debugging and testing applications; (5) Various Customer Relationship Management applications. Telecommuting Permitted.
