Duties
- Conduct door-to-door visits to introduce and promote our products and services.
- Utilize warm calling techniques to follow up with leads generated from previous interactions.
- Communicate effectively with potential customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Engage in outbound calling as necessary to maximize outreach and sales opportunities.
- Negotiate terms and close sales by addressing customer concerns and objections.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market penetration.
- Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape future sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in telecommunications sales
- Car, car insurance, valid license and registration.
- Ability to meet strict sales quotas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in negotiating deals and closing sales successfully.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors and traveling within designated neighborhoods.
