Our team is currently looking for a creative and highly detailed Account Manager. You will be responsible for working directly with national real estate clients on social media campaigns, video projects and ad campaigns as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase brand awareness.

Responsibilities Include
- Overall account management with a book of clients and internal agency team
- Be organized, with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Be an effective communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Work within the team to provide new ideas and strategy
- Provide brand direction to graphics, copy, and video team members
- Help with social media and digital strategies
- Be crazy good at Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Google
- Show enthusiasm and the ability to learn any new or emerging social media channels
- Monitor daily interaction with client social media pages
- Create, manage and show results for online contests and giveaways
- Track, analyze and report social campaign performance on a monthly basis using company reporting tools
- Have the ability to explain results of Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta ads
- Use the budgets provided to help the paid media team execute online ad campaigns
- > Any client management or agency experience is a plus
- > Google or Facebook Certifications are a plus
- Must be willing to travel to setup clients on a monthly basis
- Must be an Arizona resident
