We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative efforts, elevate our brand identity services, and oversee a talented team of designers. If you are a visionary with a passion for branding, leadership, and engaging social media design, we’d love to hear from you!
Job ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership
- Develop and execute innovative branding strategies for apartment buildings and communities throughout the United States and Canada, ensuring each project aligns with client goals and market trends.
- Lead the conceptualization and creation of design assets, including logos, color palettes, typography, and collateral materials.
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from brainstorming to final production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Social Media & Deck Graphics
Design visually compelling social media graphics to enhance client and internal campaigns.Collaborate with the content and social media teams to ensure designs are optimized for various platforms.Stay updated on social media trends and integrate creative strategies to increase engagement and visibility.Create external pitch decks as well as brand case studies.Team Management
Manage a small team of graphic designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and fostering professional growth.Assign and prioritize projects, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.Act as the primary point of contact for design-related decisions within the team.Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with account managers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to align creative concepts with campaign objectives.Present design concepts and branding strategies to clients with confidence and clarity.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate new tools or techniques to improve design output.Operational Responsibilities
Ensure brand guidelines are implemented consistently across all touchpoints.Oversee the production of print and digital assets, collaborating with vendors as needed.Contribute to process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance team productivity.QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.6 years of professional design experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.Proven expertise in branding, particularly for real estate or community-oriented industries.Advanced proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite : Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling principles.Experience designing for social media platforms and understanding of platform-specific requirements.Experience managing or mentoring a creative team.Preferred Skills
Familiarity with digital design, motion graphics, or web design tools.Knowledge of the real estate industry, particularly multi-family housing.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Why Join Envida Social?
