About the Job
We're seeking a Commercial Growth Strategist to join our team in North America. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive growth in the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial growth plans to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Lead the preparation of bids and ensure ROI and value are maximized throughout new contracts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from college or university or equivalent business experience.
- 10 years' experience in business development, with a proven track record of success and/or selling large signature multi-million-dollar projects.
- 5 years' experience in staff leadership and development, focus on business opportunities, negotiations, full life-cycle sales, proposals, and customer relations and retention.
