Job Summary:
Enviro Care, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager to join its team in North Salt Lake. The PM will direct and manage the our team of technicians, develop technical approaches for projects and assessing labor and equipment resources for new projects. The PM will need to possess strong knowledge of hazmat and emergency response procedures, excellent time management skills while maintaining tight deadlines, and will need a strong leadership background. Five years of environmental project experience and bi-lingual Spanish is preferred.
Duties/Responsibilities:
· Ensures health and safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and procedures
· Demonstrate a working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws/regulations
· Ensure team goals and KPI’s are met
· Setting the team schedule including the on-call rotation
· Brief crew members on daily tasks and ensure they are completed
· Handle onsite incidents and emergencies proactively
· Ensure and maintain staffing needs for the team while leading by example
· Effectively communicate with all clientele
· Creating and implementing with solutions for complex situations
· Complete and/or oversee internal company documentation
· Create and maintain positive working relationships with vendors and suppliers
· Must have an excellent driving record
Job Requirements:
· Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, criminal background check, and physical exam
· Must be authorized to legally work in the United States
· Must be able to follow written and oral instructions and assignments
· Must be able to wear full and half face respirator
· Must be able to work in confined spaces
· Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50 pounds
Qualifications:
· Experience and knowledge of environmental program requirements
· Leadership skills to manage and schedule a team of technicians
· Strong computer skills, communication skills, and confidence in communicating with clients and senior management
· Ability to travel 10% to 25%
· 40 Hours OSHA Certification
· RCRA Training
· MSHA Certification.
