Open Positions:
- Maintenance: 1st Shift, Full-Time, $19.00/hr
- Traveling Custodial: 2nd Shift, Full-Time, $18.00/hr (plus mileage)
Weekly Pay – Immediate Openings – Direct Hire!
Job Responsibilities:
Depending on the position, your daily tasks may include (please read closely)
Maintenance:
- Performing minor maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and ceiling tile replacement
- HVAC system upkeep, including filter changes and motor maintenance
- Lawn care, snow removal, and general equipment maintenance
- General Custodial tasks and more
Traveling Custodial:
- General custodial duties: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, trash removal
- Cleaning restrooms, cafeterias, locker rooms, classrooms, and high-touch areas
- Stocking supplies and ensuring cleaning equipment is in good condition
- Lawn care, snow removal, and general equipment maintenance
- Working across multiple buildings and responding to site-specific cleaning needs (own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required; mileage and drive time reimbursed)
