Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Jr Operations Manager to lead and support our team of Health & Safety Technicians. This role bridges the gap between fieldwork and management, providing guidance and ensuring the quality of services delivered to our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the field and the capability to mentor and supervise team members effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup of new customer accounts, including initial deep cleaning and installation of new equipment/consumables, ensuring seamless integration into technician routes.
- Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members.
- Lead and support a team of Health & Safety Technicians in daily operations.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high service standards.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating service routes and assignments.
- Address and resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and team performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Maintain Field (80%) and Office (20%) Responsibilities
Assist in preparing daily schedules
Develop relationships with new and existing customers to achieve goals and new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field service role, preferably within the commercial cleaning or health and safety industry.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and occasional weekends.
- Proficiency in using standard office software and mobile applications.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
