We're looking for a B2B sales rep for a portected territory in Orange County, an area ripe with opportunity.
It's a great earning opportunity: Enviro-Master sales professionals typically make $85k or more in their 1st year. Our top salespeople earn $120k . Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commissions, bonuses, cell phone/vehicle allowance.

The successful candidate should have proven experience in new sales development and in-person cold calling. What it takes:
- Someone who is HUNGRY and can effectively pull 25-35 doors per day, every day
- A great attitude for learning and applying that learning to make sales
- Competitive - you like to win and will put out all the stops to achieve sales goals
- Business acumen - you know what's important to managers and business owners
- The skill to effectively manage a territory with a healthy mix of in-person prospecting and strategic follow-ups
- Investing the time necessary to get the job done
- Doesn’t know the meaning of ‘excuses’
- Knowing how to identify and connect with decision makers
- Persuasiveness – you have an instinct for knowing the right thing to say that compels prospects to become customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to be coachable and able to incorporate constructive feedback
- Solid organizational skills and effective pipeline management
- CRM experience (Zoho would be ideal, but no worries, we'll teach you)
Compensation includes:
- $50K base salary (DOE) / 1st year OTE: $85K-$95K
- Bonus pay based on performance
- Uncapped commissions
- Auto and cell phone allowance
