Envirocare Landscape Management, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our positive and supportive team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using current technology, including cell phones and Google Drive, and possess excellent communication skills. This position requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reports To: Office Manager
Location (In person): 614 N Woods Dr. Fountain Inn, SC
Pay Schedule: Hourly pay, paychecks weekly, direct deposit available
Start Date: February 1, 2024
Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with job costing and accounting tasks as needed.
- Screen job applicants over the phone and schedule interviews.
- Utilize the internet for research and information gathering purposes.
- Make phone calls to vendors and maintain professional communication.
- Support the Office Manager with various administrative tasks.
- Interact with managers and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in using technology, including cell phones and Google Drive.
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic accounting knowledge preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Prior office experience is a plus.
- Comfortable with casual dress attire; company logo shirts available for purchase but not required.
