What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire Alarm Technician position at Envirocon, Inc.?
- Installing and maintaining fire alarm systems including smoke detectors, heat sensors, etc.
- Inspecting commercial buildings for malfunctioning equipment
- Responding to fire alarms to determine the source of the fire, whether it be smoke or a malfunctioning system
- Installing and maintaining fire alarm systems in homes and businesses, including checking batteries and smoke detectors
- Responding to emergency calls to assist with triggered fire alarms.
- Inspecting commercial buildings for code violations
- Maintaining records of fire alarm system activity in residential and commercial buildings
- Testing and repairing fire alarm systems and communication systems in commercial buildings.
- EST Certified.
- Must have fire alarm system experience and able to do fire alarm inspections.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
