Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in plant maintenance management, preferably in water or wastewater treatment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in maintenance management software
- Comprehensive understanding of safety regulations, environmental compliance, and best practices
