We’re EnviroGuard, a family-owned and operated pest control company. Since 2015, we’ve been growing quickly, and we’re looking for driven individuals to join us on this exciting journey. This spring, we’re expanding to Tallahassee, and we need a Certified Applicator to help lead the way!

What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide top-tier service to residential customers, ensuring their homes stay pest-free.
- Train and mentor new service technicians, helping them develop their skills.
- Manage a small team of technicians and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, office staff, and leadership.
- Maintain your applicator license and oversee CEU requirements for your team.
- Ensure compliance with Department of Agriculture regulations.
- Work closely with owners and regional managers to support growth and operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- A Certified Applicator License (this is required for the position).
