Job Overview and Responsibilities
- Consistently monitor appointments due for service and schedule them accordingly, ensuring customers are receiving their services according to their desired appointment frequency.
- Review daily routes, checking for efficiency and making the necessary adjustments to create condensed, well-organized routes.
- Audit customer accounts to identify scheduling-related errors or potential problems and correct them accordingly.
Qualifications
- Works autonomously at a high level. Your daily responsibilities are largely performed alone, so you must be self-motivated and able to manage your time well.
- Excellent problem solving - this position is great for someone who loves mental stimulation and puzzles.
Requirements
- As this a remote position, you are required to have reliable home internet and a home computer.

The Scoop
- This position is seasonal - it will run until approximately September 30, 2025. There is potential for this position to become a year-round, permanent position, but it is not guaranteed. We can discuss our shift options during the interview.
- This is an in-person position, where you will work in an office building each day.
- Pay: Starting pay is $15/hour.
