Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
- Strategic Recruitment Planning: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple disciplines, including engineering, technical, sales, and administrative roles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Leverage multiple sourcing channels (job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking, employee referrals, etc.) to create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screening and Hiring Coordination: Conduct initial candidate screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company’s employer brand through social media campaigns, career fairs, and targeted outreach to prospective employees.
- Data and Metrics: Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, using the insights to optimize recruitment efforts.
- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from offer acceptance through the first 90 days.
- Compliance: Maintain HR documentation and support policy implementation to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Employee Engagement: Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- HR Operations: Contribute to HR projects, such as updating HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting performance management processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with exposure to HR generalist duties.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment metrics.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in HR compliance.
- Interpersonal Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
