The Environment Control corporate office has an immediate opening for the position of Executive Assistant to the President. This is a rewarding and challenging position, working with a group of professionals who value input and ideas to create the best result.
We are looking for a candidate who has a passion for providing detailed quality work, professionalism, high-level business administrative skills, and technical skills. Strong leadership and a minimum of five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant. The position includes the following:
- Various executive and administrative support duties, which at times require handling sensitive and confidential information.
- A high proficiency in writing, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, and attention to detail.
- Ability to schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the president of the corporation, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials, communication, and logistical support.
- Clear, detailed communication – both written and in-person.
- Coordinate and cooperate with other departments to effectively manage a variety of tasks.
- Be the face of professionalism in all interactions as a representative of the President.
- Able to use technology and assist others with various platforms, online meetings, phone applications, etc.
- Awareness of basic financial practices; the ability to keep a detailed MS Excel spreadsheet accurately; handling various billing tasks.
- Work as part of a team to plan events – both small, in-office employee events as well as large meetings with Franchise offices (200-300 people).
