Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of floors, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to ensure high-quality results.
- Buff and polish hard surface floors to maintain their shine and integrity.
- Handle custodial duties such as emptying trash, cleaning restrooms, and replenishing supplies.
- Collaborate with the environmental services team to uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
- Inspect floors regularly to identify areas needing repair or additional maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and use personal protective equipment as required.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or malfunctions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in floor care or custodial services is preferred.
- Knowledge of carpet cleaning methods and equipment operation is a plus.
- Familiarity with buffing machines and other floor maintenance tools.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
