Job description Environment Control is hiring a full-time, flexible janitorial worker. This position requires daily travel and varying shift end times. This position requires open availability on the weekends and is a daytime shift. We are looking for someone who is our last line of defense to get the job done. What we’re looking for : Motivation to succeed Strong communication skills Attention to detail Strong team player Consistent attendance What a Floater does : Basic janitorial work such as Mopping, dusting, vacuuming, restroom cleaning, restocking soap and hand sanitizer dispensers, general office cleaning, and trash disposal etc. Travel to assigned accounts which vary daily Handle building keys responsibly Communicate regularly with supervisor All other tasks / duties assigned within scope of the Floater position What we require : Valid driver’s license Own vehicle Working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time Must be able to carry and lift 35 pounds Environment Control is a locally owned building service company doing business in the Inland Northwest area for over 50 years.
