Environment Control is hiring a particularly professional part-time, daytime janitorial worker in or near Coeur D’Alene, ID who is comfortable with those in authority figure roles. The responsibilities of this position include basic janitorial work.
A clear state and federal criminal history is required, which will be verified by an extensive background check. The background check process can take up to 1-2 weeks and must be completed before the position/training will begin.

What a Day Porter does:
- Learn and apply Environment Control procedures, uphold Environment Control standards
- Floor cleaning such as: mopping, dusting, vacuuming
- Restroom cleaning such as: restocking soap and hand sanitizer dispensers, emptying trashes, wiping all touch points, toilet cleaning
- General office cleaning such as: emptying trashes, wiping/dusting all touch points and surfaces
- Communicate regularly with supervisor regarding repairs needed to assigned facility
- Maintain confidentiality
- All other tasks/duties assigned within scope of the Day Porter position
What we require:
- Clear state and federal background check
- If you are assigned to a medical facility, you must provide black scrub bottoms
- At least 18 years of age
- Have a valid ID and reliable transportation
- Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds daily, up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
