Environment Control is hiring part-time, evening / overnight janitorial positions (Controller) to join our growing team from Spokane, WA. At Environment Control, we look to our teams for leadership and strive to promote from within, because with us, “It’s About Lives .” What we offer : Competitive wages – starting at $18.00 per hour Paid individualized training and all supplies provided Paid sick leave Flexible schedule Paid travel time Room for advancement Dental and Accident benefits Employee discounts at Discount Tires and Verizon Wireless What we’re looking for : Strong attention to detail Strong time management Ability to multitask Strong communication skills Able to lift and carry 25 pounds daily What a Controller does : Learn and apply Environment Control procedures, uphold Environment Control standards Floor cleaning such as : mopping, dusting, vacuuming Restroom cleaning such as : restocking soap and hand sanitizer dispensers, emptying trashes, wiping all touch points, toilet cleaning General office cleaning such as : emptying trashes, wiping / dusting all touch points and surfaces Communicate regularly with supervisor regarding repairs needed to assigned facility Maintain confidentiality All other tasks / duties assigned within scope of the Controller position What we require : Must have clear background for this particular position If you are assigned to a medical facility, you must provide black scrub bottoms At least 16 years of age Have a valid ID and reliable transportation Working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds daily, up to 50 pounds Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Environment Control is a locally owned building service company doing business in the Inland Northwest area for over 50 years.
