Environment Control is hiring a part-time Specials Tech for an evening shift. The responsibilities of this position include responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of carpets, upholstery, VCT tile, other hard surface floors, buffing, and window cleaning. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a willingness to stay and help until all the nightly jobs are completed. This position has a flexing schedule with varying end times . Position has potential to be full-time! Must be willing to work occasional days and weekends.

What we require:
- 1 year experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Must have ticket/violation free driving record
- Valid driver’s license
- Working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be able to carry and lift 50 pounds
- Willingness to work days and/or weekends as needed
- Own vehicle (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
What a Specials Tech does:
- Learn and apply Environment Control procedures, uphold Environment Control standards
- High speed floor buffing
- Stripping and waxing hard surface floors
- Extracting/encapsulation carpet and upholstery cleaning
- All other tasks/duties assigned within scope of the Team Lead position
- Cleaning of single-story windows
- Construction clean up
- Loading and unloading company vans with equipment
- All other tasks/duties as assigned within the scope of the Specials Tech position
