Environment Control is hiring a full-time janitorial Floater/fill-in position in the Spokane Valley area. The responsibilities of this position include basic janitorial work, daily travel in your own vehicle, utilization of smart phone for work tasks, and strong commitment to completing all assigned work tasks. The ideal candidate will be a team player and have a willingness to stay and help until all the nightly jobs are completed. This position has a flexing schedule with varying end times.

What we require:
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have own vehicle and willingness to utilize it for work purposes
- Working smart phone and willingness to utilize it for work purposes
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time
- Must be able to carry and lift 35 pounds, up to 50 pounds
- Janitorial experience (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
What a Floater does:
- Learn and apply Environment Control procedures, uphold Environment Control standards
- Floor cleaning such as: mopping, dusting, vacuuming
- Restroom cleaning such as: restocking soap and hand sanitizer dispensers, emptying trashes, wiping all touch points, toilet cleaning
- General office cleaning such as: emptying trashes, wiping/dusting all touch points and surfaces
- Communicate regularly with supervisor regarding repairs needed to assigned facility
- Maintain confidentiality
- Travel with own vehicle to assigned accounts which vary daily
- Handle building keys responsibly
- Communicate regularly with Supervisor
- All other tasks/duties assigned within the scope of the Floater position
